Different packages are available, but a 6-month agreement w/ 45-minute meetings every 2-4 weeks is the most common arrangement.

Though happy to say not common, if for some reason you would like to discontinue your program, then we will discontinue your program. No questions asked. And yes, any unused program payments will be returned.
One of the wonderful aspects of Coaching is that you do not need to meet in person. In fact, many top Coaching practices suggest that you do not. Located in Carolina Shores North Carolina my primary communication tools are Zoom, TEAMs, FaceTime or simply via cell. All are great options and all result in the same positive outcomes.
The time that your Coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. But it is NOT uncommon for you to feel like you are making progress DAY ONE!
